Excellent location next to the train station. The air conditioning wasn’t particularly good and switches sparked. Happy hour drinks available at the lounge.

The staff's kindness when sending my forgotten item to the next destination was a standout moment. The quick access to Nara's sights was incredibly convenient, enhancing our overall experience despite some areas needing updates.

The location near the station made it incredibly easy to transport our luggage and access major attractions with minimal effort. The staff were exceptional, arranging an early check-in, which was a lifesaver for my senior parents. Although the infrastructure felt outdated and could use a deep clean, the sheets and bathroom were clean. I also appreciated the complementary lounge offering wine and sake. the breakfast buffet was another highlight.

Family stay with a lovely twist
Had a pleasant experience with the public bath on the 6th floor. It was my first time trying it, but the whole vibe was relaxing, even if I felt a bit awkward at first being nude. The staff were friendly, and I greatly appreciated the free bottles of water provided in our room every day. The amenities in general were just what we needed for a family trip.
It wasn't cheap, but still, I guess that's par for the course in this touristy area.

The pan roasted beef tenderloin at Lobby Lounge Fountain was an absolute delight—perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. Plus, I can't forget the fresh pastries from Bakery Cafe Haiti Capital Shirukia Nara. they’re the stuff of dreams! On top of that, the staff was super helpful and the location was spot on, making everything easy to get to.
Now, don’t get me wrong, all was mostly good, but we were a bit bummed when our family room was missing a couple of beds initially. It took a little extra time to sort things out after a long day exploring.

I stayed in a Standard Single Room and it was pretty cozy. The room was clean and had a decent size, definitely better than some smaller places I've been. Bathroom felt spacious too, which was nice. The amenities were solid—hot water kettle and fridge were a plus. Just a small downside, the room was kind of tight for two people, but worked well for me solo.

Conveniently located right next to the train station, making it easy to explore the area. Rooms are clean, well-equipped, and spacious, with adequate amenities, although the bathroom felt a bit smaller in comparison.
Had some issues with the Wi-Fi, which was pretty weak and often couldn't even load a simple page. The air conditioning was a bit tricky, and I preferred when windows opened for fresh air but that wasn't an option here. Also, watch out for the traditional buckwheat pillows, especially if you have allergies—no synthetic options were available, so I ended up grabbing a cheap pillow from a store nearby.

Excellent hotel with free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and luggage storage. The staff once helped me with bug spray during my first stay, which I remember fondly. I highly recommend staying here for a weekend.

Convenient stay near the station!
We only stayed for a night, but the location was a lifesaver! Super close to the JR station. The room was a bit on the older side but comfy enough. The breakfast had a nice Japanese vibe, which we loved. Just wish the kettle worked right. it was rusty and needed replacing.
